Job summary

WP Engine, a fast-growing WordPress technology company, is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support planning and reporting. You will administer Workday Adaptive Insights, optimize integrations with core systems, and provide clear financial analysis to drive strategic decisions in a remote-first environment.

In this role you will own monthly close processes, build recurring reports, support budgeting and long-range planning, and partner with G&A leaders on headcount and expense forecasting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Power user of Workday Adaptive Insights.
• Solid understanding of GAAP financial statements.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Remote-first workspace experience and SaaS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Administer Workday Adaptive Insights and manage users.
• Optimize integration with source systems (Workday Financials, NetSuite, BigQuery).
• Close monthly/quarterly reporting with P&L analysis.
• Improve recurring reporting packages and board materials.
• Partner with G&A leaders on budgeting and forecasting.
