Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager in Atlanta to launch and lead a boutique studio from the ground up. You will recruit and develop a founding team, drive pre-opening and launch marketing, and build operations processes while delivering exceptional client experiences.

After opening, you’ll oversee daily operations, grow memberships, coach staff, and ensure studio performance. You’ll teach 6-8 classes per week and maintain an in-studio presence while partnering with ownership on

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience, ideally in boutique fitness, hospitality, or a luxury membership-model consumer service environment.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across multiple locations or in pre-opening contexts.
• Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue targets and coaching others to do the same.
• Highly analytical, comfortable building reports, interpreting data, and making data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Community Building & Studio Launch activities, including building relationships with local businesses and partners, executing pre-opening marketing, and driving founding membership sales.
• Oversee Leadership & Team Development: recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop founding instructors and studio leads; foster accountability and hospitality.
• Manage Studio Launch & Operations: establish processes, staffing, schedules, and vendor readiness to ensure a successful opening.
• Drive Sales & Business Development: coach consultative sales techniques, monitor KPIs and pre-sale targets.
• Partner with Ownership: provide updates on launch readiness and business performance; identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
