Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to launch a new studio and lead its day-to-day operations post-launch. You will recruit, train, and develop the founding team, drive membership sales, and ensure an exceptional client experience from day one.

Responsibilities include building community partnerships, coordinating pre-sale activations, and establishing systems and schedules. A high-energy leader with a track record in pre-opening and operations is ideal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations or general management, ideally in boutique fitness or hospitality.
• Proven track record in building teams, pre-opening activities, and launches.
• Strong sales, data-driven decision making, and revenue accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead local community outreach and pre-launch activation campaigns.
• Build founding team, onboard, and develop instructors and studio lead.
• Develop launch readiness plans and operational workflows.
• Create schedules, staffing plans, and standards for opening day.
• Drive membership sales and pre-sale campaigns, monitor KPIs.
• Provide regular updates to ownership and identify process improvements.
