Job summary

JETSET Pilates is expanding with a Founding General Manager to bring a new studio to life. This entrepreneurial leadership role focuses on recruiting, building the team, creating local momentum, and ensuring a flawless launch.

After opening, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and nurture client experience. You’ll complete Instructor Training, teach classes, and maintain studio presence during peak times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management in boutique fitness or luxury membership services.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter thriving with evolving playbooks.
• Strong sales instincts with experience hitting revenue targets.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead community building and studio launch activities.
• Build relationships with local businesses and partners.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop founding team.
• Establish operational processes and studio workflows.
• Drive founding membership sales and pre-sale campaigns.
• Coordinate with ownership on launch readiness.
