Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to lead a new studio launch and then oversee ongoing operations with a focus on growth, team development, and exceptional client experiences. You will partner with ownership to recruit, train, and empower a founding team, build local community relationships, and execute a successful pre-sale and launch strategy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or a luxury membership-model environment.
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing teams across locations or pre-opening contexts.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who drives initiatives in an evolving playbook.
• Strong sales instincts with experience hitting revenue targets and coaching others.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Execute local grassroots marketing and community partnerships.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop founding Instructor and Studio Lead teams.
• Lead onboarding and operational training; foster accountability and hospitality.
• Plan schedules, staffing, workflows, and launch-ready processes.
• Drive founding membership sales and pre-launch campaigns; coach consultative sales.
