JETSET Pilates seeks a Founding General Manager to lead a new studio launch and the ongoing operation, with a focus on community-building, team development, and exceptional client experience.

You will partner with ownership to recruit, train, and empower a founding team, execute pre‑sale campaigns, and drive membership growth while maintaining operational excellence and a vibrant culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience, ideally in boutique fitness, hospitality, or a luxury membership‑model consumer service environment.
• Proven track record of building and leading high‑performing teams, across multiple locations or pre‑opening contexts.
• Demonstrated self‑starter with entrepreneurial spirit and initiative in evolving playbooks.
• Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue targets and coaching others.
• Highly analytical with aptitude for reporting, data interpretation, and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead local community-building and studio launch activities, building relationships with partners and prospective founding members.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop the founding Instructor and Studio Lead team; drive onboarding and training.
• Establish launch readiness, create studio processes, schedules, staffing plans, and operational standards.
• Drive founding membership sales and pre‑sale campaigns; coach the team on consultative sales techniques.
