Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to launch a new studio and partner with ownership to recruit and develop the team, generate community excitement, and establish operational excellence from day one.

Following opening, you’ll run day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and coach a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional client experience and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or a luxury membership-model service.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across locations or pre-opening contexts.
• Strong, proactive problem-solving with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead community-building and pre-opening activities to generate buzz and memberships.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop founding instructors and studio leadership prior to opening.
• Oversee launch readiness, staffing plans, and operational workflows for a successful opening day.
• Drive founding membership sales and lead pre-sale campaigns with coaching on consultative sales techniques.
• Provide regular updates to ownership and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
