Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to launch a new studio, recruit and develop the team, and drive community excitement. This entrepreneurial leadership role partners with ownership to ensure operational excellence and a successful launch.

After opening, you’ll run day-to-day operations, grow memberships, coach staff, and maintain an exceptional client experience. The role includes teaching 6–8 classes weekly and keeping an in-studio presence during peak times.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience, preferably in boutique fitness or hospitality.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across locations.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives while defining playbooks.
• Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute local grassroots marketing prior to opening.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community partners.
• Lead pre-sale campaigns and grow founding membership pipeline.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard founding Instructor and Studio Lead.
• Establish studio workflows and operational standards for launch.
• Drive membership growth and oversee day-to-day operations after opening.
