JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to lead a new studio launch in Tysons, VA. You will partner with ownership to recruit and develop the team, build local community connections, and drive pre-sale momentum.

Post-launch, you will oversee day-to-day operations, member growth, and exceptional client experiences while sustaining a high-performance team culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management in boutique fitness or high-end service environments.
• Proven track record leading multi-location or pre-opening teams.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives when the playbook is being written.
• Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue targets and coaching others.
• Highly analytical with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead community-building and pre-launch activities to generate membership momentum.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop the founding Instructor and Studio Lead team.
• Establish launch readiness, operational processes, and studio workflows.
• Drive founding member sales and oversee pre-sale campaigns for a successful launch.
• Provide regular updates to ownership on launch readiness and business performance.
• Build scalable systems and processes to support future studio openings.
