Job summary

JetSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to launch a new boutique studio and lead daily operations post-opening. This entrepreneurial leadership role partners with ownership to recruit and develop a high-performing team, generate community excitement, and establish operational excellence for a successful launch.

Post-launch, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, coach staff, and maintain an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a boutique fitness or hospitality operation.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Proven ability to drive membership growth and revenue.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead community building, studio launch planning, and pre-open marketing initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop founding instructor and studio lead teams.
• Establish operational processes, schedules, staffing plans, and SOPs for opening day.
• Drive founding membership sales and initiate pre-sale campaigns.
• Partner with ownership to ensure launch readiness and scalable operations.
