Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to launch a new studio, partnering with ownership to recruit and develop the team, drive community excitement, and establish operational excellence. After opening, you’ll run day-to-day operations, grow memberships, and maintain an exceptional client experience, teaching 6-8 classes per week and maintaining studio presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness or hospitality.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with initiative and problem-solving.
• Strong sales drive with experience hitting revenue targets.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to build reports.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-launch activities and community outreach.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop founding studio team.
• Establish launch readiness, scheduling, and operational workflows.
• Drive founding member sales and pre-sale campaigns.
• Partner with ownership to monitor KPIs and launch metrics.
• Ensure flawless opening day execution.
• Support future openings as the brand grows.
