JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to bring a new studio to life in Ashburn, VA. This entrepreneurial leadership role partners with ownership to recruit and develop the team, generate community excitement, establish operational excellence, and lead a successful launch.

Following opening, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, and coach a founding instructor and studio lead.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or a luxury membership-model service
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, ideally across multiple locations or pre-opening context
• Demonstrated self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and initiative
• Strong sales instincts with experience driving revenue targets and coaching others
• Highly analytical with ability to build reports and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities
• Outstanding communicator who connects with people and makes clients and team members feel valued
• Hands-on fitness instruction or coaching experience preferred
• Passion for community building and local wellness/hospitality ecosystems

Responsabilités

• Launch and lead the new studio with ownership to ensure a timely, well-prepared opening
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop founding instructors and studio lead
• Build schedules, staffing plans, and operational standards for launch and ongoing operations
• Drive founding membership sales and oversee pre-sale campaigns
• Coach teams on consultative sales techniques and monitor KPIs for launch readiness
• Establish operational processes, vendor readiness, and studio workflows
• Partner with ownership on launch readiness and future expansion opportunities
