Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Founding General Manager to bring a new studio to life. You will partner with ownership to recruit and develop the team, generate pre-launch excitement, and establish operational excellence for a successful launch.

After opening, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, drive membership growth, coach a founding team, and ensure an exceptional client experience. This role blends entrepreneurship with hands-on studio leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations or pre-opening contexts.
• Strong sales background with revenue targets and coaching.
• Analytical, data-driven decision making and metrics literacy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for a 5-day Instructor training.

Responsibilities

• Execute community-building and studio launch activities to ensure a strong opening.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop the founding Instructor and Studio Lead team.
• Establish studio workflows, schedules, and operational standards for launch.
• Drive founding membership sales and lead pre-sale campaigns.
• Provide regular updates to ownership and identify process improvements.
