Job summary

JETSET Pilates® is seeking a Founding General Manager to lead the launch of a new studio, recruit and develop the founding team, and drive membership growth. You will partner with ownership to establish operational excellence and a compelling client experience, then transition to day-to-day operations post-launch to sustain momentum.

You will complete the Instructor Training Academy, teach 6–8 classes per week, and maintain a strong in-studio presence with 25+ class times weekly, while building

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations or general management experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, or luxury membership-based consumer service environments.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams across multiple locations or pre-opening contexts.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems proactively.

Responsibilities

• Lead local community launch and pre-opening activities, including grassroots marketing and partnerships.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop founding instructors and studio leadership before opening.
• Establish operational processes, staffing plans, and launch day readiness with ownership.
• Drive founding member sales and pre-sale campaigns; coach teams on consultative selling.
• Provide regular updates on launch readiness and business performance to ownership.
• Support future studio openings as the brand grows.
