Seam is seeking a founding Solutions Engineer to be the primary technical contact for customers through sales and post-sales implementation. You will influence product direction, design scalable GTM processes, and work closely with sales, product, engineering, and marketing.

You will be the technical bridge guiding onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support while helping customers achieve value from Seam’s platform.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers of varying tech proficiency.
• Comfort presenting in front of individuals and small groups.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers during onboarding, implementation, and post-sales support.
• Partner with Sales to plan and execute post-sales implementations and ensure fast value realization.
• Develop and maintain technical guides to streamline sales and post-sales workflows.
• Support product configuration and minor technical changes for customer implementations.
• Troubleshoot inquiries and triage requests to engineering after deployment.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed customer feedback and influence roadmap.
• Lay the foundation for a scalable Solutions Engineering function with playbooks and best practices.
• Occasionally travel to customer offices for deep-dive architecture sessions.
