The Sentience Company seeks a Founding Growth hire to own GTM and growth at Sentience, building an engine to attract, nurture, and onboard high-value users at scale. You will work directly with the founding team and first users to shape how millions create and leverage their digital self.

You will experiment with distribution channels, drive onboarding at scale, and help grow the company toward a customer-centric future. This role is NYC-based, in person, and highly collaborative.

Qualificações

• You've materially been a part of rapid growth at a startup or founded something yourself.
• You move fast and experiment constantly — you don't need permission to execute.
• You care deeply about the product and users — you'll talk to customers.

Responsabilidades

• Pound the pavement: meet with 50 people a week to create evangelists.
• Find the magic moments with Product and Engineering to trigger user love.
• Build distribution through channels like viral loops, partnerships, communities, or paid acquisition.
