AngelList Venture seeks a Director or Manager to establish a sales enablement function. Your role will include creating training materials, onboarding new sales reps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales enablement experience and a strong understanding of sales messaging, with the ability to work from our NYC Flatiron office 5 days a week.

• 5+ years in sales enablement, training, or related roles.
• Experience building or scaling an enablement function.
• Strong instincts for sales messaging and playbook development.
