Job summary

Stepful is launching a Radiologic Technology A.A.S. program leading to ARRT (R) certification. You will be the Clinical Coordinator of record, building the clinical education component, selecting partner facilities, and ensuring alignment with classroom learning.

You will work with the Program Director and operations teams to drive accreditation and student success. This remote role requires travel to Texas partner sites, with support from a dedicated team, and reports to the Imagine Programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification required
• Current Texas GMRT certificate required
• Minimum two years' clinical radiography experience
• Minimum one year as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program
• Proficient in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation and academic advisement
• Working knowledge of JRCERT Standards for an Accredited Educational Program in Radiography (or willingness to learn)

Responsibilities

• Correlate clinical and didactic education; align didactic and lab learning with clinical rotations
• Build and qualify the clinical site network; secure accreditor recognition and establish affiliations
• Run clinical placement and scheduling; manage student-to-clinical-staff ratio and safety
• Enforce supervision and radiation safety; manage exposure reports and MRI safety screening
• Develop and support clinical preceptors; provide ongoing guidance and evaluation
• Support accreditation and assessment; assist in reports and site visits; potential teaching contributions
• Travel to partner sites for readiness evaluations and site visits; travel up to monthly in 2026 and up to 50% in 2027
