Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is launching a Radiologic Technology A.A.S. program leading to ARRT (R) certification eligibility.

As Clinical Coordinator, you will build the clinical education component, select partner facilities, and ensure bedside practices align with classroom learning. You’ll work with the Program Director and dedicated operations teams to drive program outcomes. You will manage clinical curriculum alignment, site readiness, and preceptor development while coordinating travel to partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification.
• Current Texas GMRT certificate from the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum two years' clinical experience in radiography.
• Minimum one year's experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Proficient in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising.
• Working knowledge of the JRCERT Standards for an Accredited Educational Program in Radiography and ABHES clinical experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Correlate clinical and didactic education: align what students learn with clinical rotations and evaluate alignment each term.
• Build and qualify the clinical site network: pre-placement evaluations, accreditation recognition, and affiliation agreements.
• Run clinical placement and scheduling: manage student placements and ensure safe, equitable exposure.
• Enforce supervision and radiation safety in the clinical setting: ensure direct/indirect supervision and safety protocols.
