Job summary

Stepful, Inc. seeks an accomplished Radiology School Program Director to spearhead the design and implementation of a radiologic technology program with ARRT eligibility.

You will guide accreditation, curricula, and clinical playbooks, while partnering with employer sites to build talent pipelines. The role is remote and Texas-based, with regular travel to partner sites and direct reporting to the Imaging Programs Lead.

Qualifications

• ARRT R.T.(R) certification required.
• GMRT certification and Texas credentials preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical radiography experience required.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation processes (JRCERT/ABHES) expected.
• Data literacy and ability to interpret metrics for program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement curriculum and clinical playbooks meeting accreditor standards.
• Own program outcomes: completion, graduation rate, ARRT pass rate, job placement rate; monitor indicators.
• Lead accreditation activities: ABHES/JRCERT filings, annual reporting, site readiness.
• Engage with employer partners as clinical SME; recruit and develop faculty, instructors, and preceptors.
