Job summary

Stepful is launching a Radiologic Technology A.A.S. program leading to ARRT (R) certification eligibility. You’ll build the clinical education component, select partner facilities, and ensure clinical rotations align with classroom learning.

You’ll work with the Program Director and dedicated teams to drive outcomes through term-by-term evaluations. This remote role requires travel to Texas partner sites, reports to the Imagine Programs Lead, and supports accreditation efforts while expanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification and Texas GMRT certificate.
• Minimum two years of radiography clinical experience; minimum one year as an instructor in a JRCERT‑accredited program.
• Proficiency in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and student advising.
• Wamiliarity with JRCERT standards; willingness to learn ABHES clinical experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Align clinical and didactic education; sequence objectives and evaluate correlations each term.
• Build and qualify the clinical site network; obtain accreditation and sign affiliations.
• Manage student placement; ensure safe, equitable access and scheduling; maintain supervisor ratios.
• Ensure radiation safety and appropriate supervision; monitor exposure reports; MRI safety screening.
• Develop and support clinical preceptors; provide ongoing guidance and progress tracking.
• Contribute to accreditation and assessment; assist with self-study reports and site visits.
• Teach didactic and/or clinical courses; participate in ongoing professional development.
• Travel to partner sites for site readiness, preceptor development, and accreditation; travel up to 50% in 2027.
