Job summary

Stepful is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for a Radiologic Technology program, leading the clinical education component from the ground up. You will select partner facilities, ensure alignment with coursework, and manage clinical outcomes data in collaboration with the Program Director.

You’ll work remotely with travel to Texas partner sites, reporting to the Imagine Programs Lead. Accreditation and teaching responsibilities are involved, with a focus on safety, quality, and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification.
• Current Texas GMRT certificate.
• Minimum two years clinical radiography experience.
• Willingness to travel to Texas and beyond.
• Strong curriculum development, supervision, and teaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Correlate clinical and didactic education: align classroom and lab learning with clinical rotations.
• Build and qualify the clinical site network with pre-placement evaluations.
• Secure accreditor recognition and maintain affiliation agreements at sites.
• Designate clinical preceptors at each recognized setting.
• Manage placement, supervision, and safety across sites and rotations.
• Travel to partner sites for site readiness, development, and accreditation visits.
