Job summary

Stepful is launching a Radiologic Technology A.A.S. program leading to ARRT certification eligibility. As Program Director of record, you’ll shape program design, credentialing, completion, and job placement outcomes, supported by dedicated curriculum, operations, partnerships, and policy teams who build against your standards.

This is a build role, not maintenance, with your name tied to the outcomes. The role is remote and Texas-based with regular travel to partner sites, reports to the

Qualifications

• ARRT R.T.(R) certification required.
• GMRT certification from Texas Board required.
• Minimum 5 years clinical radiography experience.
• Prior program director experience in accredited radiography program.
• Strong data literacy and regulatory compliance knowledge (JRCERT/ABHES).

Responsibilities

• Design curriculum and ensure accreditor standards.
• Lead clinical playbooks and supervision to ensure quality learning.
• Own program outcomes: completion, graduation, ARRT pass rate, job placement.
• Lead ABHES accreditation and annual reporting; site readiness preparations.
• Manage partnerships with employer partners and lead faculty development.
• Travel to partner sites monthly in 2026, scaling to 50% travel from 2027+.
