Job summary

Stepful is launching a Radiologic Technology A.A.S. program leading to ARRT (R) certification eligibility. You will shape program design, credentialing, and outcomes with support from curriculum, operations, partnerships, and policy teams.

This is a build role with accountability for graduation rate, credentialing, and job placement, reporting to the Imaging Programs Lead. The role is remote and Texas-based, with regular travel to partner sites, and offers meaningful equity, tuition support, and

Qualifications

• Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification required.
• Current Texas GMRT certificate required.
• Prior Program Director experience in an accredited radiography program.
• Minimum 5+ years clinical radiography experience.
• Familiarity with JRCERT/ABHES accreditation processes and standards.
• Strong data literacy and focus on leading indicators.
• Willingness to travel to partner sites and near-annual in-person activities.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead curriculum development to meet accreditor standards.
• Create clinical playbooks governing supervision, competency progression, and rotation quality.
• Own program outcomes: completion/graduation rate, ARRT pass rate, job placement rate.
• Lead accreditation/compliance work with ABHES and related filings and site visits.
• Engage with employer partners as a clinical SME and participate in meetings.
• Build and lead faculty: hire, onboard, and develop didactic and clinical instructors.
• Travel to partner sites for feasibility, labs, and accreditation visits; support first cohort instruction.
