Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is launching a Radiologic Technology A.A.S. program leading to ARRT certification. You will serve as the Clinical Coordinator, building the clinical education component and selecting partner facilities where students train.

You'll collaborate with the Program Director, manage rotations, ensure safety and supervision, and travel to partner sites in Texas as needed while supporting accreditation and teaching activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification.
• Current Texas GMRT certificate from the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum two years' clinical radiography experience.
• Minimum one year's experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Proficient in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising.

Responsibilities

• Correlate clinical education with didactic and lab courses; evaluate correlations each term.
• Build and qualify the clinical site network; secure accreditors and AFFs; maintain affiliation agreements; designate clinical preceptors.
