Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to build and oversee the radiologic technology education program, partnering with healthcare facilities to host labs and clinicals.

You will design the clinical education component, select partner sites, and ensure bedside training aligns with classroom learning. You will work with the Program Director and dedicated operations and partnerships teams, with travel to Texas partner sites required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Current ARRT R.T.(R) certification.
• Current Texas GMRT certificate from the Texas Board of Medical Radiologic Technology.
• Minimum two years' clinical experience in radiography.
• Minimum one year's experience as an instructor in a JRCERT-accredited program.
• Proficient in curriculum development, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising.
• Working knowledge of JRCERT Standards and ABHES clinical experience requirements (or willingness to learn).

Responsibilities

• Correlate clinical and didactic education; align classroom and lab with clinical rotations.
• Build and qualify the clinical site network; secure affiliations and agreements.
• Run clinical placement and scheduling; maintain 1:1 student-to-staff ratio and manage daily hours.
• Enforce supervision and radiation safety; manage exposure reports and MRI safety screening.
• Develop and support clinical preceptors; mentor faculty and monitor student progress.
• Travel to partner sites for site readiness, preceptor development, and accreditation activities.
• Support accreditation and assessment; contribute to self-studies and annual reports.
• Teach didactic and/or clinical instruction; participate in program teaching.
• Stay current on radiography practice, education methods, policies, and student progress.
