Job summary

Stepful seeks a Radiology School Program Director to design and lead a new RadTech program nationwide, starting in Texas. You’ll own credentialing, completion, and job placement outcomes, with support from curriculum, operations, partnerships, and policy teams.

This is a build role with travel to partner sites and regular collaboration with our Imaging Programs Lead. You will shape accreditation strategy, supervise faculty, and drive program success across sites, combining regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• ARRT R.T.(R) certification required and Texas GMRT certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical radiography experience.
• Prior program director experience in an accredited radiography program.
• Strong understanding of accreditation processes and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop curriculum and clinical playbooks that meet accreditor standards.
• Own program outcomes: completion, graduation, ARRT pass rate, and job placement.
• Lead ABHES accreditation, annual reporting, and site readiness.
• Engage employer partners as a clinical SME and lead faculty development.
• Travel to partner sites for feasibility, labs, and accreditation visits.
