Job summary

Jobgether is hiring for a high-impact platform team to own and evolve a critical mobile app used by restaurant employees. You will drive end-to-end development, coordinate with product, design and engineering, and push a production rebuild alongside a migration to an MVP.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mobile platform initiatives.
• Ability to work in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.
• Strong collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the mobile platform end to end, from assessing current app to delivering a production rebuild.
• Plan and execute a migration to an MVP within one to two quarters.
• Implement offline caching and native capabilities like push notifications, camera scanning, and geolocation.
• Structure codebase for AI coding agents while maintaining high engineering and UX standards.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to define priorities and deliver impactful features.
• Grow the app into a scalable platform and serve as an outward-facing technical leader.
