Job summary

Kollective Group is seeking a go-to-market (GTM) hire to build a repeatable pipeline-generation engine for an early-stage AI company. You will own the top of the funnel while the founder focuses on closing deals, determining which lead-generation strategies work.

Based in San Francisco, you will build outbound campaigns, conduct account research, and test unconventional channels. This role offers the opportunity to build the GTM function from the ground up and work closely with the founder.

Qualifications

• Proven success in building outbound pipelines and generating meetings.
• Comfortable testing ideas quickly and iterating campaigns.
• First GTM hire with no established playbook, in close collaboration with founder.
• Manufacturing domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage outbound campaigns from list building to messaging.
• Research accounts and prospects to craft personalized outreach.
• Test unconventional lead-generation channels, including events and direct-mail.
• Generate meetings via cold calls, emails, and creative prospecting.
• Own GTM tools, systems, and data; track performance and scale what works.
