Praxis, Inc. is hiring a Founding GTM Operator in San Francisco to own demand generation and build a repeatable growth engine. This full-time role reports to the CEO and collaborates across sales, marketing, and operations to drive revenue in a profitable, venture-backed AI startup.

You’ll develop the presence from scratch—events, webinars, LinkedIn, newsletters, blogs—and shape GTM strategy as the company scales with high ownership and fast pace.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• You are a structured thinker who questions assumptions and acts on feedback.
• You are coachable and act quickly on feedback.
• You have exceptional written communication.
• You can operate with high agency and drive progress toward goals.
• You have strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
• You are AI-native and automation-minded.
• You are proficient with Google Workspace and Slack; HubSpot CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outbound & Lead Generation: build a lending market database and manage end‑to‑end outreach.
• Content & Marketing: define content strategy, create blog posts, newsletters; run events/webinars.
• Sales Operations: nurture campaigns and maintain GTM reporting (pipeline velocity, conversions).
