Job summary

Boardy is an AI super-connector helping ambitious professionals build a network that matters. We’re hiring for Founding GTM roles to own how a product reaches the market—from positioning to acquiring early customers and building repeatable revenue engines.

You’ll work directly with founders to turn strong products into traction, defining GTM strategy, identifying ideal customer profiles, and shaping pricing and customer success in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Experience in go-to-market, sales, growth or marketing roles at startups or high-growth companies.
• Ability to communicate value propositions and translate complex products into customer outcomes.
• Experience owning or contributing to customer acquisition or revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Defining and executing early go-to-market strategy across marketing, sales and growth.
• Identifying ideal customer profiles and developing positioning and messaging.
• Owning early customer acquisition and pipeline generation.
• Running experiments across outbound, partnerships, content and growth channels.
• Working with product and engineering to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Building repeatable sales and marketing processes from zero to scale.
• Establishing early revenue motion, metrics, and reporting.
• Shaping pricing, onboarding, and customer success strategies.
