Job summary

Lightsage is seeking a Founding GTM leader to define and execute the company’s go-to-market strategy for enterprise and startup customers. You will own positioning, messaging, and motion design while engaging prospects, running discovery and demos, and closing strategic deals.

As an early team member, you will collaborate with product and engineering to refine the roadmap, build repeatable sales processes, and create core GTM assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or developer tools GTM, owning positioning and launch strategies.
• Proven track record of full-cycle enterprise or mid-market sales, from prospecting to closing.
• Comfort engaging with APIs, CLIs, and developer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Lightsage’s go-to-market strategy for enterprise and startup customers.
• Engage directly with prospects, run discovery and demos, shape pilot programs, and close strategic deals.
