Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Sales and Marketing Lead to own both functions for a specialized Meta advertising agency serving RIAs and independent advisory firms.

You will manage inquiries, run strategy and pitches, and close deals while also directing internal marketing, content, and brand positioning. The role offers a fully remote, US-based environment with growth toward leading a sales and marketing function.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience, not just lead qualification.
• Track record of earning $125k+ total compensation with commissions.
• Experience selling professional services with ~2–6 week cycles to SMB/mid market.
• Hands-on paid media or strong knowledge of direct response marketing.
• Proficient CRM usage with pipeline management and reporting.
• Comfortable as a sole contributor across sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own sales process from first call to signed contract and build a playbook.
• Develop and execute internal marketing strategy and demand gen campaigns.
• Manage full marketing and sales pipeline; ideas to close.
• Collaborate with CEO/founding team and scale to a leadership role.
