Job summary

Clients Blackbox is a specialized Meta advertising agency serving RIAs and independent financial advisory firms. We seek a hands-on Sales & Marketing leader to own the full process from first conversation to signed contract, while also driving our internal marketing strategy.

The role is a fully remote, individual contributor position with a clear path to leading a sales and marketing function as the company grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience, not just appointment setting.
• Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000+ total compensation with commissions.
• Experience selling professional services with a 2–6 week sales cycle to SMB or mid-market buyers.
• Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or strong working knowledge of direct response marketing.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
• Comfortable working as a sole contributor across sales and marketing functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own both sales and marketing for the company and run the sales process from first conversation to signed contract.
• Build and execute internal marketing strategy and campaigns.
• Manage the full pipeline from inbound touch to close, handle objections and negotiations, and maintain a sales playbook.
• Develop content, brand positioning, assets (ads, landing pages, case studies, social content) and align advertising with growth strategy.
• Position for growth by shaping a future leadership role and potentially building a team.
