Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking an ambitious sales and marketing leader to own the end-to-end process from first conversation to signed contract while shaping our internal marketing strategy for a focused Meta advertising niche.

This fully remote role offers a clear path to lead a sales and marketing function, with the opportunity to build a team as the company grows and to work directly with the CEO and founding team on growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience.
• Track record of earning $125,000+ total compensation with commissions.
• Experience selling professional services with a 2–6 week sales cycle to SMB or mid-market.
• Hands-on paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or strong direct response/digital marketing knowledge.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own sales process from first conversation to signed contract.
• Run strategy and pitch presentations; manage pipeline from touch to close.
• Handle objections, follow ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Build and maintain a sales playbook, objection library, and follow up sequences.
• Own and operate internal Meta advertising campaigns and broader marketing strategy.
• Elevate the company brand and create marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
