Job summary

Clients Blackbox, an advertising agency serving RIAs, seeks a hands-on leader to own both sales and marketing. You will run the full sales process from first contact to signed contract while shaping our internal marketing strategy and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience
• Track record of earning $125,000+ total compensation including commissions
• Sales cycle of ~2–6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers
• Hands-on paid media or strong direct response/digital marketing knowledge
• CRM experience with HubSpot preferred
• Comfortable acting as a sole contributor across sales and marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Based in the United States and available during standard business hours
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own both sales and marketing for the company.
• Run the sales process from first conversation to signed contract.
• Build and execute the internal marketing strategy.
• Handle inbound prospects, discovery calls, strategy and pitches.
• Manage proposals, objections, follow-ups and contracts.
• Develop a sales playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
• Own Meta advertising campaigns and broader marketing initiatives.
• Elevate the brand to attract larger, established clients.
• Create marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies and social content.
• Position for leadership as the company grows and results emerge.
