Clients Blackbox Inc is seeking an experienced professional to lead sales and marketing. This hands-on role requires managing the sales process and executing marketing strategies, including Meta advertising campaigns. With a competitive base salary of $85,000 and OTE of $150,000, the position encourages growth into leadership.

The ideal candidate will have B2B closing experience, knowledge of paid media, and strong communication skills. This fully remote position offers the chance to build a team as the company evolves.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience.
• Track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation.
• Experience selling professional services with a 2-6 week sales cycle.
• Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns or strong marketing knowledge.
• Proficient with CRM platforms for pipeline management and reporting.
• Comfortable in a dual sales and marketing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in the U.S. during standard hours.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Own both sales and marketing processes.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closed contract.
• Develop and execute the internal marketing strategy.
• Run Meta advertising campaigns and create marketing assets.
• Elevate company brand to attract larger clients.
