Clients Blackbox, Inc. seeks a hands-on sales and marketing leader to own both functions in a fully remote role across the United States. The role runs the entire sales process from inbound contact to signed contract while also directing internal marketing strategy.

You will manage discovery calls, craft pitches, sales proposals, and close deals, while building a scalable marketing program, Meta campaigns, and brand assets to attract larger RIAs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of earning $125,000+ total compensation with commissions.
• Experience selling professional services with a 2–6 week sales cycle to SMB or mid-market buyers.
• Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns (Meta preferred) or strong digital marketing knowledge.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms including pipeline management and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own both sales and marketing for the company and run the full process from first touch to signed contract.
• Manage inbound leads, discovery calls, pitches, proposals, negotiations, and closes.
• Build a sales playbook, objection library, and structured follow-up sequences.
• Develop and execute Meta advertising campaigns and broader marketing strategy.
• Elevate brand to attract larger clients and create marketing assets such as ads and case studies.
