Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is a specialized Meta advertising agency seeking a Sales and Marketing Lead. In this hands-on role, you will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to signed contract, while also developing and executing the company's marketing strategy.

The position offers a base salary of $85,000 plus performance-based commission, with the potential OTE around $150,000 annually. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of B2B sales experience and be proficient in CRM tools. This is a fully remote role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B closing experience.
• Demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation.
• Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks.
• Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns or strong knowledge of marketing.
• Comfortable as a sole contributor across sales and marketing functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales process from first conversation to signed contract.
• Own and operate internal Meta advertising campaigns.
• Build and execute the marketing strategy including content and brand positioning.
