Job summary

Morpheus Talent Solutions is helping a NYSE-listed global technology services group build its Frontier & Applied AI business from the ground up. They seek a senior commercial operator to own and grow relationships with frontier AI labs and hyperscalers, converting live RFP interest into signed engagements.

You will partner with the VP of Frontier Business Development, own the account strategy, and drive multi-million dollar revenue from inception, with a live pipeline and direct access to

Qualifications

• Genuine tenure inside frontier AI/lab ecosystem with direct relationships (OpenAI, DeepMind, Anthropic, Meta) – non-negotiable.
• Track record of winning and scaling multi-million dollar accounts from inception.
• Comfort selling technical data/AI services to researchers, product, and procurement teams.
• Strong executive presence to operate near C-suite/Board level.

Responsibilities

• Win and scale accounts from inception to eight- and nine-figure annual revenue.
• Represent the business at senior levels within frontier AI ecosystem.
• Sell data/AI services to technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Translate client needs into deliverable engagements with operations.
• Collaborate across engineering, delivery and commercial functions.
