Job summary

Morpheus Talent Solutions is seeking a Sr. Director to own the frontier AI platform and operational stack for a new business line. This founding role offers autonomy to shape the operating model from day one.

You will partner with the GM, Frontier Business, and lead across engineering, delivery and commercial teams to build a scalable operating model for training and TEV services.

This remote role carries West Coast preference and offers high autonomy with existing scale and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontier AI business operations.
• Ability to decide build vs buy with speed and conviction.
• Proven ability to lead across technical and business teams.
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute build-vs-buy strategy for frontier platform stack.
• Assess existing capabilities and assemble fit into the new frontier operating model.
• Design and stand-up operational processes for frontier tasking, training, and TEV-as-a-service.
• Collaborate across engineering, delivery, and commercial functions.
• Operate independently with sound judgement on a day-to-day basis.
