Neural Concept is seeking an Account Executive for the US West Coast to drive engineering AI adoption in top-tier customers. You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing and expanding strategic relationships.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience with Aerospace and Defense sectors.
• Understanding of how engineering software adds value to product development.
• Knowledge of CAE, CAD, PLM, data platforms and cloud infrastructure is a plus.
• Experience selling to senior executives and leading multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic customers and prospects for Engineering AI adoption.
• Own full enterprise sales cycle from discovery to closing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for complex deals.
• Create compelling business cases showing reduced development cycles and ROI.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasts.
