Job summary

P-1 AI Inc. is hiring the first Account Executive to drive new enterprise adoption of Archie, our agentic AI for the physical world. You will own end-to-end deals from identification to close, targeting heavy industrial accounts and engineering teams.

Remote-friendly in the US/Canada with on-site weeks in San Mateo, CA, you’ll build the GTM playbook, create a strategic pipeline, and shape partnerships with Forward Deployed Engineers to land complex contracts.

Qualifications

• Experience selling enterprise software, preferably AI or technical products.
• Track record of building enterprise pipeline from scratch.
• Strong network in industrial, engineering, or tech sectors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-agency startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own net-new customer acquisition end-to-end, from discovery to close.
• Create a pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, events and network.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to validate scope and hand off customers.
• Shape the sales playbook for a new category, including messaging and collateral.
