Catch Talent, LLC is building an outbound motion from day one for an AI-native legal technology company with paying customers in production. You will drive cold outreach to litigation teams, insurance carriers, and corporate legal departments to establish the first repeatable outbound motion.

You’ll set up the BDR/SDR function, craft messaging, test channels, and leverage AI tools to research accounts, scale outreach, and sustain high activity without compromising quality.

Qualifikationen

• Proven outbound results in B2B SaaS or similar sales motion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilience and ability to maintain high-quality activity.
• Self-starter mindset with independent work ethic.
• Comfort in an early-stage environment and playbook-building.
• Eligibility to work in the US (sponsorship not available).

Aufgaben

• Drive cold outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn to law firms and corporate legal buyers.
• Represent the company at events to generate conversations and qualified meetings.
• Feed the AE pipeline with well-researched opportunities.
• Test channels and messaging to invent the first repeatable outbound motion.
• Set up the BDR/SDR function and maintain high activity with quality.
• Use AI tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and scale effort.
