Job summary

Greylock Partners is seeking a high-velocity Founding BDR to build its outbound engine from the ground up. You’ll open doors into enterprise accounts, engage senior decision-makers, and generate the initial pipeline for an AI-native decision intelligence platform.

Working directly with an accomplished founding team, you’ll help determine market approach, target customers, and messaging. This is a true 0-to-1 opportunity to craft the early GTM motion.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of SDR/BDR experience in enterprise SaaS or AI.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets.
• Hunter mentality with curiosity and persistence.
• Ability to craft concise, persuasive messaging for senior execs.
• Commercial curiosity about how enterprises operate and decide.
• Founder mindset; comfortable operating in ambiguity with initiative.
• Coachable with drive to improve through feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build the 0-to-1 Outbound Playbook: design, test, and refine outbound messaging, prospecting strategies, and account targeting.
• Identify and engage enterprise buyers: map stakeholders and connect with senior leaders responsible for research, insights, strategy, and decision-making.
• Execute high-impact outreach: run multichannel campaigns to generate conversations and opportunities.
• Partner directly with founders: collaborate on prospecting strategy, market feedback, and positioning.
• Shape the commercial strategy: identify patterns in conversations and test market hypotheses.
• Establish GTM infrastructure: maintain CRM records and help implement processes and tools for a growing sales org.
