Mural is building the financial rails for builders and platforms, and we’re hiring a Business Development Representative to own the top of the funnel. You’ll work with founders and AEs to identify ICPs, engage the right accounts, and convert signals into real relationships.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years as a BDR/SDR in fintech or payments, with top-leaderboard performance.
Working fluency in how money moves: cross-border payments, FX, payouts, treasury, or stablecoins.
You are hungry and tenacious, follow up with something new every time, and keep good leads alive.

Responsibilities

Book meetings that matter and qualify inbound/outbound leads for ICP and AEs.
Know our ICP better than it knows itself across consumer fintechs and B2B platforms.
Use AI to research accounts, map warm paths, catch triggers, and draft first touches; then personalize and send.
Lead with warmth, write like a real person, and build relationships before chasing volume.
Run the daily loop: source, qualify, touch, log, book, hand off across channels and events.
Be the feedback loop for GTM: log touches, report responses, help refine messaging and playbooks.
