Founding BDR - AI-Driven Outbound for Finance

Job summary

RFA, part of Titan, is seeking a founding-caliber BDR to build our outbound motion from the ground up. You’ll engage CFOs, COOs, and IT leaders at top financial firms, running high-volume, high-quality outreach daily while helping design the playbook that future BDRs will follow.

You’ll work closely with AEs and sales leadership to hand off qualified opportunities and scale our outbound program in a fast-growing AI-native IT services company.

Qualifications

• Experience executing multichannel outbound campaigns (email, phone, social) at scale.
• Ability to identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers.
• Experience crafting sequences and talking points to move prospects to booked meetings.

Responsibilities

• Run multichannel outreach to decision-makers at PE firms, hedge funds, banks, and law firms.
• Attend industry conferences and events to start conversations and book meetings.
• Research and build target account lists, identifying right contacts and triggers.
• Help craft and refine the outbound playbook, messaging, sequences, objections, and talk tracks.
• Partner with AEs and sales leadership to hand off qualified opportunities and tighten feedback loops.
• Experiment, measure results, and scale the outbound motion across the organization.
