Lorikeet is hiring its founding Business Development Representatives to lead an outbound-first motion on top of our growing demand. You’ll help build the early playbooks, define cadence, and own the territory as the team expands toward AE roles and deployment.

You’ll engage high-stakes fintech and healthtech customers, showing how our AI-powered approach solves real support challenges. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, AEs, and our GTM Engineer to scale a high-visibility function, while

Qualificações

• 1-3 years in a BDR/SDR or similar role in B2B SaaS.
• Self-starter, able to work without a strict playbook.
• Enjoy outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach.
• Curious about how businesses run and where the pain is.
• Clear, concise writing that sounds human.
• Comfort with AI tools and rapid experimentation.
• Receives feedback well and measures performance.

Responsabilidades

• Generate qualified pipeline for AE across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Research target accounts deeply and tailor outreach with insights.
• Run multi-threaded outbound via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Test-drive prospects’ current support experiences and share findings.
• Follow up inbound, events, and campaigns with Demand Gen alignment.
• Build AI-powered prospecting workflows with Claude Code.
• Qualify rigorously and hand off to AEs with context.
• Feed market feedback to sales, marketing and product.
• Own territory and account plans; prepare thoroughly before outreach.
• Build the BDR function, playbook, metrics, and onboarding.
