Starbridge is hiring a Founding Business Development Representative to drive early growth in the SLED market. You will own the first touchpoint with prospects, leveraging AI-powered insights to spark interest and book demos.

As an early member of the sales team, you will shape the outbound motion, receive mentorship, and have a clear path toward Account Executive roles, with uncapped commission and equity on offer.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outbound sales or business development experience.
• Relentless, competitive, and coachable with a growth mindset.
• Bachelor's degree required; drive and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead Initial Outreach: own first touchpoints with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Accelerate Pipeline Growth: collaborate with sales to convert conversations into demos.
• Build from Scratch: shape outbound playbook as an early team member.
• Sales Bootcamp: receive mentorship and pathways to AE roles.
