Job summary

Recruiting From Scratch is seeking a Founding Solutions Engineer to own end-to-end customer implementations and ERP integrations. You will serve as the technical bridge between customers and engineering, driving projects from kickoff to production go-live with autonomy.

The role is remote with occasional travel to Austin, TX, roughly 2–4 times per year, and offers high visibility in a fast-growth AI/B2B SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Solutions Engineering, or similar roles.
• Experience owning customer-facing technical implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Experience serving as primary technical contact for customers.
• Experience with enterprise software integrations and ERP systems.
• Experience with APIs, SFTP, data mapping, ETL, or similar integration tech.
• Strong ownership and ability to work with limited structure.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer implementations from kickoff through production go-live.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact during implementations.
• Lead ERP integration projects typically running ~60 days to launch.
• Work with customers to understand environments and integration requirements.
• Build and maintain integrations between ERP systems and the company platform.
• Translate customer requirements into clear specs for the engineering team.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop repeatable implementation processes and technical playbooks.
